Bridge House, reimagined

The Groves brings a hospitality-led approach to managed office space. Thirteen self-contained suites across ground and lower ground floors, a coffee unit at the heart of the building acting as both reception and social space, and licences that fold rent, service charge, utilities, wifi, cleaning, coffee and meeting space into one all-inclusive monthly fee.

The building spans ground and lower ground floors at Unit 1, Bridge House, 26 Ducie Street, Piccadilly Basin, Manchester, M1 2DQ, converted under Class E use into 13 self-contained suites. Every suite is let to one business at a time, on all-inclusive licences of 12 to 24 months, at £450 per desk per month.
