Painting, plastering, and tiling schedules with colour-coded floor plans showing which rooms require work. Room-by-room specifications included.

Skim plastering to all new stud walls, Farrow & Ball Jitney matt emulsion (2 coats), skirting painting (eggshell), silicone mastic. Room-by-room schedule with wall run measurements.
